Spray the pan with non-stick spray. Add a scant tsp of olive oil and let it get hot. Drop a generous amount of masa into the pan and spread it out. Let it cook until the edges have set. Turn. Be patient so ensure the center gets properly cook. Five or six minutes on the first side, three minutes on the other.
