Nostalgia time indeed! Sadly, I no longer remember this woman's name. I see what she's doing. This is long before Xerox became a generic term. She is typing individual invitations of an El Centro event. Every invitation was hand-typed on a mimeographed, or perhaps letterpress printed sheet. She's using a state-of-the-art IBM Selectric typewriter. Good equipment, that was. I was using a Smith-Corona portable electric typewriter to do my work. Others went to the basement of one or another building and fed quarters into rental typewriters.
